Our first coffee stop, we nearly flew past (well, Steve did lol), saw a couple of bikes so we thought why not, excellent coffee it was too !

Great coffee and met two other like minded chaps who had just filled their bellies.

We arrived, seemed to take longer than I thought it would but it was an awesome ride.

We had been warned that it actually snowed in June in Flash, way back in 1971 I think it was, Steve remembers lol.

After being asked if "everything was ok lads?" by one of the locals as he drove past (People are so friendly round here) we rode the short distance to the Flash Bar, and our timing was perfect as it was still open (closes at 4pm)

All we stopped for was coffee but simply could not resist when we saw the food inside, so it had to happen, Steve got the monster Peaky Pasty and I indulged on the lovely Feta and Spinach Pasty, a little bit of Greece on the day :-)

Steve went all Wussy on us and actually left some food......so rude, I told the lady I was shamed of him, she agreed lol.

The two lovely ladies who made the food and served us were ever so shy and would not have their photo's taken, so I waited till one had her guard down gabbing away, the food was absolutely delicious.

Always nice to meet new friends, great talking to John and what a gorgeous bike !

And, our last stop on the way home for coffee (ok it was a toilet stop too), really nice gastro pub as they used to be called, very busy and great coffee with as many FREE refills as you want !

All in all, a fantastic days riding, brilliant roads especially when we lost the traffic, weather played ball and not even a few drops of rain, pretty way home through Wroot, Westwoodside, Graizelound, Kelfield, Derrythorpe etc
